Finding that "perfect" work-life balance

There are only so many hours in the day. It always seems that there is also nearly always a greater amount of things wanted to be done than what a day allows.

Working remotely, going to school remotely, having an infant, needing sleep, and needing to work out often creates a hectic schedule to function in to meet time allotments for each activity.

For someone that seems very accomplished and a functioning full-plate, do you have any good personal recommendations to find that “sweet spot” to balance life out to be a little more smooth rather than block scheduled?
