For which non-technical positions would Google consider resumes which show great intelligence/education but have major flaws like big work gaps?

The multiple career changes part is something I’d try and suppress or manage delicately on your resume.

Any big company is not in the habit of hiring someone who has the tendency to leave places.

However - if you were going to apply anyway I’d look at lower-level data admin/data entry positions and stuff that’s simpler - and upon getting that job looking at ways to work some magic once you’re on the inside and can go about proving yourself some more :wink:
