How do you build upper arm strength for yoga?

I am an avid yoga practicer. How do you build up more upper arm strength :muscle: for poses?

  1. Keep GOING to Yoga
  2. Build your core strength
  3. Do 1x to FAILURE Tricep Dips 2-3x per week
  4. Do 1x to FAILURE Bicep Curls 2-3x per week
  5. Keep GOING to Yoga
