If I applied for a job but forgot to include the person who referred me in the cover letter, should I reapply with the corrected cover letter?

No, you shouldn’t!

Reapplying again, gives the impression that you are forgetful - which isn’t what you want to convey. If you’re cover letter and cv is good enough you will make it through to interview regardless!

However, if you are determined to make it known that you were referred - than simply call in and ask more about the role perhaps and mentioned that ‘I’m applying actually because [insert name] referred me and said x’.

Just make it sound natural :slight_smile:
