Startups: What are best practices/rules on sharing/listing work experience in a stealth mode startup on my resume, LinkedIn profile and to recruiters generally?

Operate as if the startup doesn’t exist.

  • Give the startup a ‘working title’ e.g. Venture Foods
  • Talk about this company in relation to all the experiences you have/had
  • Don’t mentioned anything confidential
  • Focus on high level info upon the company
  • Give detail about your experiences in a way that relates to ‘Venture Foods’ etc as you would any normal job

Then you should be fine.
