What are some good habits to follow?

Hmm so let’s put a twist on the the usual ‘exercise more, read more, do more’

  • Read one blog per day in the SAME area of interest
    • How to build good habits
    • Best habits to build
    • How to build routines
    • How to form good habits
    • How to give up bad habits
      • Slightly different keywords around the same area with reinforce the neural pathways connected to learning this new skill
  • Buy clothes in sets
    • See a jumper you like? Buy 3 of them
    • Socks? 30 of them
    • A T shirt? 5 of them
      • This will massively reduce time ‘spent’ deciding what to wear
  • Sing your favourite song more
    • Have a rap/pop/punk/uplifting song that gets you pumped?
      • Put it on your phone/laptop/tv/stereo system. Listen to it EVERYDAY - it’ll get you going :slight_smile:
  • If you exercise. Do a least one run/set/activity to 'failure’
    • So that means so you need assistance to lift the weight. Or you run until you feel like you’ll fall off the running machine/lungs will explode/until you can’t hold that yoga pose because your legs are on fire
  • Sync Camera, Whatsapp and All Photos to Google Photos
    • Always useful when looking back to check something. Can also insert them ‘inline’
  • Leave your phone at home when you go to work
    • This will kill you at first but if you get over the initial slump OH MY GOD you get so much done
