What can a 30-year-old who partied through his 20s do to get on track in his/her career?
I wouldn’t worry.
I remember going into Deloitte as a 21 year old with the ‘new pack of graduates’.
There were 28+ year old’s amongst the pack. If you ever spoke to anyone in HR - they said ‘the older guys progressed fastest. They know what they wanted. Put their head down and went for it.’
Easier said than done of course.
But sounds like that could be you if you want
