I wouldn’t worry.

I remember going into Deloitte as a 21 year old with the ‘new pack of graduates’.

There were 28+ year old’s amongst the pack. If you ever spoke to anyone in HR - they said ‘the older guys progressed fastest. They know what they wanted. Put their head down and went for it.’

Easier said than done of course.
