Well working with candidates that want to travel and work abroad here’s what I can say:
- You need to be good. Really good
- Do you research, know the companies, contact their local offices, find out their procedure for applying
- Brush up your resume and cover letter
Because you need to really demonstrate:
Why would someone hire you if they can’t even meet you?
This is the part you’re not going to like:
- You really do/will need to fly over at some point
Otherwise you’re in for alot of heartache.
